Proximel Silicone Dressing 10cm x 10cm

Proximel® consists of a silicone wound contact layer, a super absorbent pad layer, and a vapor permeable and waterproof film. The triple-layers construction facilitates dynamic fluid management to provide an optimal moist wound environment, which promotes faster wound healing and may help reduce the risk of maceration. The gentle silicone layer can be moved without losing its adherence. Also, this layer can minimise pain and trauma to wounds and their surrounding skin. The absorbent pad layer provides superior absorption and locks.
