THICKENUP® Gel Express can help to improve the safety of swallow by increasing viscosity, in line with IDDSI^ guidelines (levels 1 to 4). Its dosing system allows for quick and accurate dispensing, delivering multiple servings faster.
Not only is THICKENUP® Gel Express easy to use, it also reaches the desired viscosity faster than powder-based thickeners† in complex liquids such as milk, orange juice and oral nutrition supplements.
The unique blend of xanthan and acacia gums results in a gel that remains unaltered in the bottle over time. Once liquids are prepared, they remain at a stable viscosity and texture over 24 hours.
It offers smooth, lump-free and amylase-resistant beverages, meaning that it will not be degraded by enzymes in saliva.
